I'm not sure why "Ronnie the Lucky Duck" merits a headline story?

It is a nice change from anything related to the Covid19 though.
You should always treat those with mental illness with compassion, but you shouldn't elect them president twice

Back in the early 70's, there was a headline that made the rounds. (I've searched for it but can't find it, so maybe it was fake news....) It was in a Los Angeles newspaper, regarding a young woman who had gone out driving ... uhhh... topless, in her convertible on a local freeway. The result was a multi-car accident. Next day the headline was:

BARES TWO; RAMS FIVE
