I think there has to be intelligent life out there somewhere. There are just too many Planets that can sustain life for us to be the only ones.


Whether we will ever meet them is another question altogether.

Does anyone else find this vaugely unsettling?

No. What's unsettling is that people mocked guys like Hellyer when in reality deep,deep in their psyche they knew the truth all along but couldn't accept it.
NASA and other agencies have been researching this for over 70 years but they are just giving you the tiny tidbits that you are capable of handling. Remember that we are dealing with a population with a education level that needs 1/3 of the news hour dedicated to sports.
